BEFORE returning ANY items, please email us. We’ll work with you to get your return issue resolved.
Returns must be made within 3 weeks of receiving the item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original packaging, tags included. Items must also be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or fragrances of any kind.
If you are returning an undamaged or non-defective product for a refund, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If your product was damaged or defective see our guidelines below.
Damaged or Defective Items
To report a damaged or defective item, please follow these two steps before returning:
Step 1 - Take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage
Step 2 - Email - firstname.lastname@example.org - the following three items:
- Photo(s) of the damaged or defective item
- Detailed description of damage or defect to help process the return
- Order Number
Once we receive your email and make an assessment, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
Return To Sender
Most unsuccessfully delivered packages are the result of insufficient, invalid, or incorrect address information entered at the time of the order. The last thing either of us wants is an unsuccessful shipment because of missing or incorrect address information.
Please take a few extra moments to ensure all your shipping information is correct prior to finalizing your order. Be careful to use correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) to ensure delivery.
If incorrect or incomplete information is confirmed at the time of your order, your package will be ‘Returned to Sender’ and that will be stated on your tracking information.
You will be refunded the original cost of the item, minus the original shipping costs. An additional shipping cost will be required to have the product resent due to insufficient, invalid, or incorrect shipping information entered at the time of your order.
Note: If your shipment has been confirmed as ‘Delivered’ but you are unable to locate the shipment, please first reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person - e.g. "left under table on back porch."
